It's early evening, and Cyril Kamelot is bored, so what better thing to do than host a ball? It's one of his favorite pastimes. After all, it gives him at chance to play house in front of everybody by showing off his wonderful, lovely family.

The entire multiverse is invited. There's plenty of room for everyone to get around and then some, as the Kamelot estate houses a massive mansion and acres upon acres of gardens, including an exemplary rose garden that contains a hedge maze. Feel free to wander wherever you like and speak with whomever you wish, but do try to behave yourself. Cyril has an extensive staff whose current duty is to watch out for troublemakers.

Also feel free to take liberties in regards to Cyril's home. I intentionally left the description vague so people could do whatever they want!))

[Unfortunately, Cyril is a rather talkative man.]

I do apologize if I frightened you, by the way. [He gestures at the towering hedges as he walks.] This maze has always reminded me of a mouse maze. You know the sort?

I do. [He obediently looks around, and is suddenly struck with a bit of discomfort over the comparison. Despite the artful lighting, the well-manicured hedges are tall enough to inspire a mild but unavoidable sense of claustrophobia.]

[Edgeworth attempts to dissipate it with a shake of his head.] And no apologies are necessary, Mr. Kamelot. I don't frighten easily.

[And now we're going to quickly change the subject before his lingering nervousness can be discovered.] This is your home?

[Cyril notes the hasty change with interest and files it in the back of his mind, smirking to himself.]

It is, indeed. My dream home, you could say.

[Edgeworth nods to himself, confirming that he is presumably speaking to their host.] Then allow me to extend my sincere compliments. The estate is truly exquisite.

[And it was. He'd explored much of the grounds in his efforts to avoid socializing, and had concluded that this place outshone even the von Karmas' ancestral home.]

[He turns to flash he man a bright smile.] I'm delighted you think so. I am rather proud of it. --Ah, by the way, it appears you have me at a disadvantage now, doesn't it? In my own home, no less!

[Edgeworth smirks--that's the way he prefers it--but with a mock bow he does deign to introduce himself.] Miles Edgeworth, at your service, Mr. Kamelot. As I mentioned, I'm a prosecutor for the city of Los Angeles... [gives him a thoughtful look] ...though I suppose that may not mean much to you. You're from the community?
